At the first server restart after the auction has ended, your bid plus the first monthly rent of 11,090 gold is taken from your depot in Venore. If there is not enough gold in that depot, you do not get the house, your character is excluded from house auctions for 7 days and your account is banished for spoiling an auction.
- Only characters of premium accounts may bid.
- A character may own only one house on this world, and may be the highest bidder in only one auction at a time.
